As a liquid suspended product, there are more limitations than a powdered preworkout. For the convenience and performance, it is a great value, although we understand it may not be for everyone, in which a powdered pre may be your best choice.

If you're still not sure if it's worth it to you, you have 2 options: 1) try it for yourself; we don't think you'll be disappointed or 2) stick with the powdered pre-workouts, such as God of Rage® and God of War®!

TIPS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF GOD OF THUNDER

God of Thunder® provides a clean, smooth energy and incredible pumps, but follow these tips to ensure you're taking it for best results:

  • COMPARING/WHAT TO EXPECT: Firstly, please try not comparing God of Thunder® to your typical high beta alanine pre-workout. It is a one of a kind product. The energy will feel smoother and more subtle because you're not going to get the extreme face flushing / tingling effect from God of Thunder®. God of Thunder®, however, contains 8g of liquid glycerol, so the pump is unmatched.
  • MEASURING ACCURATELY: Since God of Thunder® is a liquid suspended product, it is inherently more difficult to measure. Always shake God of Thunder before pouring. You may use the lid of the container to measure servings; however, if you want to ensure the most accurate dosing, you can measure servings in Tablespoons or by fluid ounces.
  • TIMING OF USE: Users have consistently stated that, due to the liquid nature of God of Thunder®, some of the ingredients kick in at different paces, many suggesting that the glycerol takes 20-30 minutes to be fully felt, and the stimulants and alpha yohimbine sometimes taking 40 minutes to kick in. We suggest taking God of Thunder® 30 minutes before training and adjusting accordingly to your preferences and how long you're training for.
  • HYDRATING WITH WATER: Drink plenty of water before and during your workout to enhance fluid retention and rehydration - minimally 20oz of water a few hours before and 24oz of water for each one hour of training. Keep your muscles hydrated.
  • CARBING UP: If you're looking for the most serious pumps, we also encourage carbohydrates in a pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes before training. The carbohydrates will be used as glycogen to fuel your muscles for your workout.
