Where It Started
My journey into health and performance began on the wrestling mats during college. Competing taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of fueling the body the right way. It was during those years that I developed a deep interest in nutrition, training, and supplementation—not just for performance, but for overall health. What started as a necessity for competing soon became a passion that shaped my future.

Early Experience in the Industry
After graduation, I stepped into the supplement world professionally. In late 2021, I managed corporate supplement stores. Those years gave me valuable experience—but also opened my eyes. I quickly realized that many corporate retailers cared more about chasing dollars than caring for the people who walked through the door. The focus was often on making a sale instead of providing a real solution. Premium products that could truly help people were overlooked in favor of cheaper, high-margin options. That never sat right with me, and it sparked the vision for something better.

A Move to Florida
That vision led me to relocate to Florida, where I worked for a supplement company to gain more experience on the business side of the industry. But even then, I knew my calling was to build something rooted in service, authenticity, and community—a place where people felt valued, supported, and equipped with the right tools to reach their goals.

The Vision Becomes Reality
In 2024, the next step became clear. I found the right unit, set the foundation, and in August of that year, opened the doors to The Supplement Stop. As a locally owned and operated store, we built everything around one simple principle: put people first. From carrying premium products we believe in, to offering free InBody scans and consultations, to personally walking customers through their options, our mission has always been to serve—not sell.
